Barbara’s Debut on MTV!

MTV asked Barbara to be the featured vocal coach on their hit show Viva La Bam, the wacky show starring skateboarder Bam Margera and his cool but crazy family and friends.  In this episode, Dad Phil and uncle Don Vito are treated to a rock star makeover, which includes a professional voice lesson from yours truly!  It first aired in November 2004 all over the globe and you can often catch a repeat of it on MTV! 

An Evening with Les Paul…

Barbara rang in 2004 by singing at the Iridium theater on Broadway in NYC with legendary jazz guitarist and inventor, Les Paul.  It was one of the highlights of her career!  Some friends of hers checked out his performance in early 2009 - they kindly brought along a photo of Barbara and Les for him to sign, and he remembered their performance.  Les Paul passed away in August of 2009 at the age of 94 - Barbara's performance with such a legendary figure was one of her all-time great musical moments!
